What’s the full creation process from start to finish?
Great question. You can find more information about this on our services page, but as an overview:
- You make an enquiry with us
- One of our extremely helpful team members will find out all your requirements and ask the right questions
- Once everything is agreed, your product will then go into development, where we test out recipes and flavours
- Then, once we’ve created your brand-spanking-new product, it’s time to go through the packaging stage
- Your product will then go through production
- And we’re ready to dispatch!
Where can I find nutritional information about your plant-based protein products?
Whatever you decide to choose as your recipe for your plant-based protein products, we’ll provide you with all the nutritional information you need to ensure it matches with your brand’s ethos. We have a plethora of ingredients to choose from – and we’re more than happy to hear your suggestions too!
How do you ensure the quality of your plant-based protein that you source?
We pride ourselves on quality. From purchasing materials we ensure they are BRC or equivalent food grading accredited. Each supplier goes through a rigorous audit to ensure safety, quality and legality. We have invested in the latest NIR machine to check standards met on the purity of the material used.
Where are the bars and products made?
All the products we make are manufactured at our Lancashire-based manufacturing facility. We always love meeting our customers to come and welcome them to come to see the facility along with our amazing staff!,
Please note that tours need to be arranged in advance (and are only available at certain times) because we have established NDAs with our clients, to us confidentiality is key.
What size bars are you able to produce?
The weight of your protein bar depends on the size of the bar you choose. Our bars typically range from 30g – 70g. This is something you can discuss with our team to help steer your decision.
And what’s the minimum order quantity?
Our minimum order quantity is 30,000 bars per flavour. You can speak to a member of our team if you have specific requirements.
